請教8老師，父母綠卡。130,485一起寄的。 收到USCIS 發的手機信息130 IOE receipt #, 可以track status. 但試圖將這個case 加到我的USCIS 賬號裏時，收到係統提示

我沒有新建過賬戶，就隻有一個當時申請國民的時候有一個。 是USCIS新給這個130 case 建了個account嗎？ 怎麽才能知道account 信息呢？
