第二點是用什麽呢？allergations是指跟律師之間的email? 其實還有很多微信上的conversation.
-This includes you have informed the lawyer who did not do his/her job based on the contract/agreement, such as the lawyer was not honest, or had cheating, etc.
My opinion: this case is complicate and it is not easy to win, so you had better hire another lawyer or at least consult a lawyer.
