40.a. Class of admission（這個是什麽意思）

-It means your green card category. You can find it on your green card.

 

40.b. Date of Admission 

-The date your green card was approved/issued (find it on your green card).

 

Place of admission 

40.c. City or Town

-If you filed I-485 to get your green card within US, put the city where USCIS Field Office is located near you (i.e., the office you were interviewed). You can find it in this website if you do not remember it:

If you got the immigrant visa outside US to enter US to become a green card holder, then put the city of the port of entry you entered (arrived in) US using the immigrant visa.
