急問8老師，我母親的485第一次提交的時候我填錯了household number，補交材料以後昨天收到母親的485被deny的letter。您能幫我看看我現在該怎麽辦嗎？下麵是Letter。非常感謝

-Was your father's I-485 approved yet? Based on the denial letter,  some information was incorrect in your I-864 for your mother's I-864 (e.g., I864 was not the latest version, not provided all the support documents, errors in the completed I-864). 

Your mother needs to file I-290B motion to reopen. Go to this website for I-290B filing:

Notice of Appeal or Motion | USCIS

When you complete I-290B, select either " Item 1.d. I am filing a motion to reopen....." or "Item 1.f. I am filing a motion to reopen and a motion to reconsider......." in Part 2. Then, write a short statement addressing you want to file a motion to reopen or a motion to reopen and a motion to reconsider, and provide new evidences. Then, provide your completed I-864 with the support documents (i.e., copy of tax return of 2022 including the 1040 Schedules, W2,  your pay stubs from the most recent six months, your employment verification letter from your current employer indicating your income of 2023). 

 When you fill out the I-864, carefully provide correct information such as household size, SSN#, your income, signature, etc. go to this website to download the latest version of I-864:

Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA | USCIS

Provide all of the pages of I-864 (including blank pages) after you complete it. If your father's I-485 has been approved, just refer to that I-864 for your mother's and don't forget to include both your parents into your household size.
