Your mother needs to file I-290B motion to reopen. Go to this website for I-290B filing:

When you complete I-290B, select either " Item 1.d. I am filing a motion to reopen....." or "Item 1.f. I am filing a motion to reopen and a motion to reconsider......." in Part 2. Then, write a short statement addressing you want to file a motion to reopen or a motion to reopen and a motion to reconsider, and provide new evidences. Then, provide your completed I-864 with the support documents (i.e., copy of tax return of 2022 including the 1040 Schedules, W2, your pay stubs from the most recent six months, your employment verification letter from your current employer indicating your income of 2023).
When you fill out the I-864, carefully provide correct information such as household size, SSN#, your income, signature, etc. go to this website to download the latest version of I-864:

Provide all of the pages of I-864 (including blank pages) after you complete it. If your father's I-485 has been approved, just refer to that I-864 for your mother's and don't forget to include both your parents into your household size.
