我嶽父嶽母幾個月前遞交了130和485，但是嶽父最近生病，想要回國看病。請問能不能把他們在美國申請的綠卡轉成到在中國申請。由於485已經遞交且打指紋了，不知道有沒有影響。謝謝
-Your parents in law can apply for advance parole to travel to China by filing I-131. After the advance parole is approved, they can use it to travel. Advance parole allows them to stay in China for up to one year.
If they leave US without advance parole, their I-485 will be void. Of course, they can apply for the immigant visa in China. To do so, you need to file I-824 to request USCIS to forward the approved I-130 to NVC for processing for the immigrant visa application. But the entire process may take about two years or longer and you need to pay I-824 filing fee and immigrant visa application fee. Also, it is not convenient for them to apply for the visa if they do not live near Guangzhou.
