我想問一下申請綠卡有什麽材料是需要在國內辦的？我搜了一下好像隻有出生公證。我想問一下是不是隻有這個需要在國內辦。還有就是有沒有時效性的要求，比如必須在提交綠卡之前的幾個月之內提供才是有效的。

-The requirement for the documents is different based on the immigrant category. So, you had better Google to find more information based on your immigrant category. Of course, birth certificate is needed no matter what category is and it is valid forever.
