我想問一下申請綠卡有什麽材料是需要在國內辦的？我搜了一下好像隻有出生公證。我想問一下是不是隻有這個需要在國內辦。還有就是有沒有時效性的要求，比如必須在提交綠卡之前的幾個月之內提供才是有效的。
