8老師好！我多年前為父母申請了綠卡， 他們在美國隨我生活。我妹妹在國內，我於三年前給她申請了親屬移民。她的I-130兩年前已經批準。現在父親生重病（有醫院證明），可否讓她去簽B2？

-Because it takse smore thna 10 years for your sister to be qualified for the immigrant visa application, the visa officer should be fine to issue her a B2 visa to visit you and your parents. YOur sister should tell the truth about your petition (I-130) for her immigration in the B2 visa application form/materials and answer the question honestly if the visa officer asks her about your I-130.
