我作為petitioner ,在2022年7月幫助我的配偶遞交申請綠卡的時候， 我還是個綠卡持有者， 您知道，這個類別的移民申請有排期。我在2023年加入了美國籍成為了美國公民。為了免去排期， 於是在8月向移民局寫了一封信申請把我們的移民案子升級成我的配偶是美國公民的配偶，按移民法律，移民局會把我們的案子按公民的配偶申請處理而不再有排期嗎？

如果沒了排期， 移民局處理這個移民案子還需要多長時間？

-Was your I-130 approved yet? Normally it takes about 13 to 15 months for I-130 processing. After I-130 is approved, then your spouse's I-485 can be approved.
