H4第一次File I-765, Initial Permission to accept employment.

Have you previously filed I-765 before?   Yes.

8年前拿J2簽證申請過I-765獲得工卡。

請問8老師：

1. 需要提交舊工卡的複印件？

-If you still have it, just provide the copy. If you do not have it, then do not need to provide it.  

2. 需要在I-765 Addition Information解釋8年前申請過工卡？

-Not need.
