我父母是2月份在費城打的指紋，當時由於要趕緊回國，就申請了到廣州取回美證。但是在打了指紋以後遲遲沒有下文，明年父母就要回來了，請問像這樣的情況我應該向那個部門問詢？非常感謝

-The I-131 application for reentry permit nomrally take about 18 months currently. You need to contact USCIS to see whether your parents' I-131 application are approved. If yes, then check this link to see whether the approved reentry permits have been forwarded to the US Consulate in Guangzhou:
