5年前給父母申請了B2延期， 申請批準了， 但是現在找不到當年的批準信了， 想請問8老師和壇中各位：

 

1. 現在父母準備再次來美， 延期批準信在入美國海關的時候需要看嗎？

-Hard to say. Some officers may not check it, but some may do. Do they still have the receipt notice for the I-539 application for B2 extension? If yes, they may just bring the receipt notice and thus,, the officer can check the result in the system.

 

2. 網上考古說可以填I-824要信件copy， 但是也看到有人說幾年前批準的已經過期，遞了I-824申請也被deny，沒有補件。請問可以用I-824要副本的時間期限是多久，5-6年過去了還可以要嗎？

-You cannot file I-824 to get the duplicate anymore because the B2 approval has not been in effect.

 

3. 當時父母延期是一份申請，現在如果可以填I-824要補件需要填一份還是兩份 （父母各填一份）？
