我現在給我媽媽申請綠卡，但是我沒有收入。所以我先生需要填寫I-864A。他在中國工作，大部分時間住在中國。請問864A表裏的Physical Address是寫他在中國的住址還是寫我們在美國的住址？

-He can use your address in US. His address in China is temporary.

Spouse必須和sporsor reside同一個地址嗎？

他的工資證明都是中國公司出具的。

-It is fine as long as he filed the tax return during he works in China.
