我和家裏人各在國內辦了兄弟姐妹關係公證， 是否用“ notarized sibling's relationship with English Translation" 為文件名

-Fine, but you still need to provide your birth certificate and your brother/sister's birth certificate. 兄弟姐妹關係公證 only can be used as the secondary evidence which normally is not required.
