再問8老師，有關美國公民證書問題

8老師，打擾了，我還有個問題。帖子沉下去了，你可能沒看見。

Should we send a copy of US passport when submitting the completed I-130 without certificate of naturalization number? (I miss placed the certificate of citizenship, can't find it).
還有, RFE是什麽意思？Request for Evidence?

如果USCIS要附加的RFE, 會拖延綠卡的申請時間嗎？

• 也許他沒有申請過公民證。大部分未成年變成公民的人不申請公民證的；反正美國護照可以證明國籍。所以有沒有這個信息應該無所謂 -newacct- ♂ 給 newacct 發送悄悄話 (0 bytes) () 10/09/2023 postreply 16:57:53
