8老師，您好。

給老公辦理h4延期，收到rfe。說需要補充結婚證英文翻譯件。這些年我們辦理延期都是遞交的中國結婚證複印件，都批準了。這是第一次收到說不行，要補充英文翻譯。原文如下：

If the certificate is not in English, it must be accompanied by a certified English translation. The translator must certify that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language to English and that the translation is complete and accurate, including translation of the civil authority's registration information and the signature/stamp of the civil official.

1. 因為現在去國內辦公證可能來不及了，請問我作為配偶可以來翻譯，然後拿去chase銀行公證一下？

2.另附一頁紙，說: I certify that I am competent to translate. 就可以了嗎？需要提供什麽證明嗎？
