I 130 Alien relatives, Mainland China applicants
Any one know the application still being proceeded by the govenment ? any successful cases ? what I see from Oct 2023 visa bulletin, it's still the same final action date and date for filing application since July, which means it's not moving forward at all, do not know if I am wrong.
