請教老師：綠卡換新需要多久？謝謝

請教老師：

我母親的綠卡過期了，我去年7月份就申請換新卡了，隻收到了兩次notice of action, 至今沒有更新了--不知道到底是給換還是不給換。

打電話也無法接通人工，現在是無處可問。

母親想明年回中國辦事，可綠卡沒有新的，怎麽回去呢?

請教我現在能做些什麽可以推動這個換新的流程，謝謝。
