麻煩8老師幫忙看看，父母131回美證遞交已經快17個月了，怎麽辦？急

我父母的I131回美證遞交已經將近17個月了，到目前為止，網上查找的狀態依然是 As of March 16, 2022, fingerprints relating to your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number LINxxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

因為申請的時候依然還是在疫情階段，有朋友的父母回美證就等了16個月，但現在疫情已經過了，我父母的申請狀態也沒有改變，已經將近17個月了，請問有沒有相似的情況，我們應該怎麽辦？我在USCIS的網上申請了Service Request SR，一個月了，目前為止也沒有回複。
