我今天一月中旬幫配偶申請綠卡，5月中旬臨時綠卡批準。上周配偶不幸從高處摔下，造成嚴重受傷，醫生講即使手術之後他很長時間都不能自理。還有後遺症。我現在不得不停下手裏的工作來照顧他(我自己做小生意，因為現在的情況不得不停下所有的工作)。可能2023下半年甚至2024都不能工作。請問我現在很擔心我沒有收入之後，報稅不高會影響他2025申請正式綠卡。謝謝你

Your income is not required when your spouse files I-751 application for removal of condition for his conditional green card. So, your temporary low income should not affect his I-751 approval. You only need to prove (provide evidences) that your marriage is bona fide and was entered in good faith.
