H4 轉 H1b 或 工卡,please help !

偶H4身份,剛從美國一大學學士畢業,得到一大公司offer.工司願sponsor H1b. 但要求元月上班.偶沒有opt,不知如何是好.偶很喜歡該公司.請有經驗大哥大姐們幫忙想想辦法!偶在此多謝了!
