我父母是分開辦的移民，母親已經在美國，130/485 同時遞交。父親在國內，130 已經批準，目前在 National Visa Center 遞交文件。我在為我父親提交DS-260後，收到網上簽證中心的message as following " The petition you have filed does not allow derivative status for family memebers. This means that any spouse, unmarried child under age 21, or parent will require his or her own petition to immigrate".
