我6月末綠卡就15年了 符合55+ 可以找翻譯的條件 請問我遞交申請可以提前嗎

還是必須等到綠卡15年整那天在遞.

-Yes. You must meet the requirements first and then, file N-400 and request the English Test waiver in N-400.
