請教8老師：家人疫情期間回美證過期但綠卡有效，今年1月持有效綠卡入境時被關小黑屋，和移民官溝通後充許入境並waive了相關手續，但移民宮要求他立即再辦一個回美證，第二天他就交了回美證申請並拿到了回執。

現在他計劃6月底回美，但現在綠卡有效可回美證還沒批下來，想知道

上次入境是不是留下了不良記錄？這次入境會再被關小黑屋嗎？回美證回執帶著有幫助嗎？

-It should be fine for you to come back. Show the I-131 Receipt Notice to the officer at the port of entry if they ask you questions and explain your rentry permit application is still pending.

By the way, you had better wait for your reentry permit approval before you travel again after you come back in case your reentry permit application may be denied because it is not your first application.
