急問485問題，8老師and all 請進

485想明天寄出去，發現一個問題不知道答得對不對

Since April 1 1997, have you been unlawfully present in the United Sttes:

78.b For one year or more and then departed the United States?

我的情況是父母疫情期間B2過期，申請了一次延期結果兩年才批，現在超期超過一年，但是我們一直沒回去。所以答案應該是No. we did not depart the United Satate 應該是answer No

這樣理解對嗎？還需要最後一頁加上注釋嗎？還是畫蛇添足，因為我在485 part B, item 17 加上了B2 overstay 並且加上了這條注釋。

B2 overstay, due to the COVID-19 situation and long processing time to extend B2 stay.
