首先謝謝看帖和回帖

1） 綠卡應該8/2021 過期，2/2021申請了renewal of 10 year green card. 10/2022 批準了。移民局在我的賬戶裏留信息說我收到了 郵局寄的綠卡在11/02/22這天。----實際是，我根本沒有收到，然後3/2023 去郵局查，經理說usps 裏沒有我的信息。他們往前多查了好幾個月的，也沒有我的信息。

2）3/2023 發了幾個e-requests （在uscis 網站），至今沒有回複。係統總是自動回複說exepected reply by 某月某日答複，但是根本就不理我。

3）現在我可以申請入籍嗎？

-Yes.

去年我蓋了I-551  STAMP， 09/19/2023 就過期了。如果可以申請，公民麵試的時候，我可以拿著我過期的綠卡和 I-551 stamp 麵試嗎？同理，宣誓的時候我可用帶我的過期綠卡和i551 stamp 嗎？

-Yes, bring it for he inetrview and oath. When you take the oath, USCIS will take your green card away no matter it expired or not.

4）現在我的賬號裏顯示我申請綠卡的case is closed.所以今年可能還再蓋一個I-551 STAMP 嗎？

-Call USCIS to see what they suggest and ask them to make an appointment for the stamp again. 

如果不能再蓋了，怎麽維持我的有效身份呢？父母老了，回國怎麽辦呢？

-If you do not travel abroad, it is fine for you to stay in US and work for the same employer. But if you want to travel to China or change your job, you need to get the green card stamp or get the renewed green card.
