還可以留在美等排期和綠卡嗎？如果不行，有什麽選項可以參考呢？

-She needs to wait for the I-130 priority date to be current to file I-485. Then, she can stay in US legally after I-485 filing. I think one year is enough for the I-130 priority date to be current. The F2A 排期 has been extemely short consistently for the last three to four years and most of the time, the applicant can file both I-130 and I-485 concurrently. So, I do not think this situatiuon will change much in the near future.

 

If the I-130 priority date is not current within one year, she still can extend the F-1 program (i.e., extend completion of the Master's program) by discussing with the advisor and the International Student Office.
