You are exempt from the English language requirement, and that means you do not need to take 英文讀和寫 test no matter whether you brinng the interpreter or not.
If you take the civil test in English, you do not need the interpreter for the civil test. But the problem is that you will be interviewed for the naturalization in addition to the civil test. The USCIS officer will ask you many questons during the ineterview. If you do not know English well, you still need to bring your interpreter with you.
