可以申請passport嗎？

-Because the child had no green card at that time, he/she was not qualifed to be a US citizen. Now, because the child got the green card last year, he/she has been a US citizen automatically. Thus, he/she can apply for the US passport now. Just go to the local US passport application agency and they will tell you how to do. Bring the mother's naturalization certificate and the child's green card and birth certificate.
