請問8老師，目前有R1宗教簽證。485已經遞交，身份調整期間，I131 已批。這個時候如果回國的話，使用回美證回美國，R1簽證是否是自動失效？謝謝！

-If you re-enter US using advance parole, your status will be parolee, not R-1 status. Thus, you cannot work unless you have the EAD. So, you had better apply for the EAD by filing I-765 if you want to travel to China before you get the green card.
