本來2019年底就計劃辦，可是由於疫情，一切都耽誤了。現在重新規劃，有些問題請教大家
1）如果在美國境內concurrent filing，I-130以及支持文件可以在網上填寫遞交上傳，I-485以及材料是不是必須要用郵寄的？

-If you file I-130 and I-485 concurrently, you need to send them together by mail, not online filing.
2）如果父母的結婚公證書上的結婚日期是在我的出生日之後（母親是繼母），這種情況還需要額外提交什麽文件嗎？

-If the marriage took place when you were very young (e.g., less than 3 years old), you may not need to provide or explain anything. Anyway, do not provide anything extar by this time. If USCIS need more documents in this issue, they will contact you later.
3）今天CDC宣布取消了入境美國需要提供核酸陰性檢測報告的規定，可是依然保留了提供全疫苗接種證明的要求。請問全疫苗接種證明需要英文翻譯嗎？

-The physical exam needs to be done within US, but you can provide the vaccine proof if you have done them in China. You can ask your friend to translate the vaccine proof document in US later.

在國內怎麽辦理？入境美國的時候真的會被要求出示嗎？-Probably no. If it is required, probably the airlines will check it during your boarding.

4）如果隻買單程沒有往返機票，入境會不會有麻煩？-It is fine.
