律師發給我老公的關於I485 adjustment of status questionare上麵，需要填寫previous U.S. stay，包括每一次出入境時間，當時身份，哪個城市入境，還要提交所有的支持文件，I-20, H1b, 等等。因為來美國比較久了，換身份很多次，真的需要把每一次轉換身份的文件提交上去嗎？
-Not need. Your spouse just needs to provide what I suggested in my previous responses. What the lawyer asked for does not mean that is what USCIS required. Tell the lawyer that you did not keep all of these records and then, provide what you have.
有的已經不好找了。
我H1b期間6年回國兩次，這種也要填進去出入境記錄嗎？我以前在什麽公司上班，什麽職位，薪資都要填，真的需要嗎？
-Not need. Just need to provde the I-94, H-1 visa page and H-1 Approval Notice for the last/latest entry.
因為老公也出入境很多次，現在搞得頭都大了。並且要求護照整本掃描。需要這樣嗎？
-Not need. Just provide the information pages, visa page (for latest entry) and entry stamp page (for latest entry).
