我剛剛翻了一下這裏的帖子，發現一個人跟我們家情況相似，中途換工作，第一家公司140通過了，新的公司即使140還沒通過，如果PD CURRENT 就可以遞交485？

是這樣嗎？如果是的話，我們真的浪費了很多時間。我們PD CURRENT很久了。

還有H1B 6年即將到期，H1B延期，140, 485遞交順序怎樣比較好？

-The H-1B extension is irrelevant to the I-140 or I-485 filing. So, you can use the old I-140 approval notice to extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit now.

我們能延期3年嗎？

-Just ask USCIS to extend yoru H-1B for another 3 years in the I-129.

因為6月份需要去換駕照，必須有新的H1B才可以吧？

-Yes, you need to have the new H-1B Approval Notice with the new I-94 to extend your driver license.

另外還打算有綠卡了就回國一趟，也打算以後開始工作，所以我同時還要遞交AP, EAD的申請嗎？

-Yes, you can applyfor EAD and advance parole when you file I-48.
