1. City or town of birth：這個問題其實每張表上都有，是要和passport上麵的出生地填一樣的地方嗎？
-Put both the city and province they were born there.
護照上的出生地填的是省份也沒關係嗎？-Correct.
2. 父母換過護照，簽證在舊護照上。Part 1，18題填新護照號碼，但是22題問的是這本護照上的簽證號，該怎麽填呢？
-Put the new passport number for both Item 18 and Item 22.
新護照上並沒有簽證啊-It is fine.
3. Part 1，27題，what's your current immigration status該怎麽填？
-If they used B2 visa t enter US, then put "B2 visitor".
4. Part 3，人現在美國，是不是5a-6b填我在美國的地址，然後7a-8b填父母在中國的地址？-Yes.
5. Part 3 Employment History是不是11題填retired，12a-18b空著就可以？19-22b要填退休之前的單位信息嗎？
-If they retired more than 5 years ago, just put "Retired since XXXX" in Item 11 (note: XXXX means the year they retired, e.g., 2010), and leave the rest items blank in this section.
6. Part 4，第10題，因為父母是分別申請的，所以這個題選no對嗎？
-I feel confused for your question becuase I do not see there is a choice of Yes or No fro Item 10 in Part 4.
Part 4 is about your grand parents' information, so you need to put both your father's parents information there in one I-485, and put your mother's parents information there in another I-485. Because your grand parents from both your parents' sides have passed away, you just need to put their names there and then, write "Deceased" in the "Address" part and leave ther other items blank in this section.
7. 申請人在applicant上簽字，我作為preparer簽字，interpreter空著對嗎？
-Correct.
