我去年十月給我母親遞交了I130/I485/I131， 她人在美國， 但因為健康原因需要近期回國進行癌症複查。 我已嚐試聯係USCIS申請I131加急，遞交了病曆證明等材料， 但還是不符合他們加急的標準， 被果斷拒絕了。

-Do you mean your mother applied the emergency advance parole at the USCIS Field Office and got it denied? If yes, you cannot do anything about it. If no, you may call USCIS to make an appointment in the USCIS Field Office in your area to apply for the emergency advance parole there (bring the I-485 Receipt Notice and the I-131 Receipt Notice).
