8老師及各位大俠：父母以前有綠卡，十年前回國未再來美，也未填表放棄綠卡。現在八十有餘，想他們來美，不知應該怎麽辦？我是美國公民。

申請B2有可能嗎？

還是得重新申請綠卡？

或是有其他什麽辦法？

-Your parents need to abandon their green card and then, they can apply for the B2 visa to visit you. Although their green cards are void due to long term stay in China, the immigration system still record them as green card holders. So, they need to file I-407 to abandon their green card to clear the record.
