尊敬的八老師， 我打過很多次電話，但從來沒有機會能跟Tier 2 （Immigration Service Officer）談話。 請問有什麽辦法可以跟他們接通電話？

-Did you talk to a live person on the phone following the instruction in the article I citde to you in my previous response? If yes, tell the person you want to talk to the supervisor.
