感謝你的及時回複。補充說明如下：

I130 was approved on 1/13/2021. 

My sister is in China.

I received "Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creaction" from National Visa Center  dated 3/24/2021. Following the instruction, I logged on CEAC. The case is still there but I can not process (The pay button is grey).  The letter stated "If you do not log into CEAC for a period of one year, by law the department of State must terminate your visa application." 

-I don't think NVC have terminated your case yet unless you received the official termination letter from NVC which specifically informed you that your case was terminated and the termination reason and told you what you may need to do to reinstate your case.

So, just contact NVC for your case status there.
