請問8老師，父母在美國境內，為了提高效率期間，

1. 是否應該130、485以及體檢的693同時提交？

-Yes.

網上攻略列的485的checklist裏麵有797的複印件，是指130提交上去以後收到的797 - reception notice嗎？

-Yes or I-130 approval notice, but if you file I-130 and I-485 concurrently, just ignore this document.

還是其他什麽？如果同時提交的話是不是就不需要提交這個797的複印件了？-Correct.

2. 體檢是否是提交時間前推60天之內做才可以？-Yes.

3. 打算同時申請回美證。如果回美證早於綠卡獲批，父母是否可以回國等待？

-Fine, but must return to US before the advance parole expires.

當然如果有麵試需要肯定會盡快趕回。

-Need to do the biometrics and interview within US.

綠卡獲批之前回國的話還有什麽其他的弊端？
