1，130資料的問題

我父母是複婚的情況，原來的結婚證和離婚證都已經沒了，手頭有兩份公證書，一本是以前的結婚公證書（2頁），還有一份是證明父母在某年某月某日辦理結婚登記手續的公證書，【有點頭暈，汗。。。】130資料裏需要結婚公證，我應該交以前的還是應該再去辦現在的結婚公證，然後把以前的和現在的都交上去呢？有大俠說要交離婚證，但離婚證已經收掉了。。

-Your father needs to provide the copies of his first marriage ceritifcate and second marriage certificate, and the copy of his divorce certificate even if he married your mother twice. You may ask your relative in China to go to 當地民政部門婚姻登記處開一個證明 for your father's divorce certificate and then, scan and email it to you. Then, you can ask your friend in US to translate it into English following the USCIS translation reqauirements. Then, your frirend needs to go to the Notary Public (e.g., the bank) to notarize his/her signature on the translation version and the certification for the translation.

By the way, you mentioned your father's first marriage certificate has only two pages ( 一本是以前的結婚公證書（2頁）), so this marriage certificate does not meet the USCIS translation requirements. So, you need to ask your friend who knowns both English and Chinese to translate it into English and notarizes his/her signature in the Notary Public on the translation and the certification for the translation. Then, you can provde the original marriage certificate (以前的結婚公證書（2頁）) and the new translation version by your friend to USCIS.

Your father's first marriage certificate is very important because it proves that your parents' marrage occured before you were born.

簽證頁複印件是當前有效的簽證還是所有的簽證？-Only the lastest/last entry visa page is needed. Also provide the most recent I-94 (for latest/last entry). Go to this website to download the I-94:

第16項，do you want the SSA to issue you a Social Security card? 父母沒有SS卡，這裏是填YES還是NO呢？

-Either one is OK. If your parents choose "No", they can go to the local SSA Office to get the SSN after they get the green card. If they choose "Yes", SSA will send thgem the SSN card after they get the green card.
