我和我先生是上個月結婚的。我是10年前入的公民。他是用tw護照2020年1月免簽進入的美國，他應該2020年4月離開美國。但是他一直黑在美國。期間他自己沒有嚐試過辦理任何證件。

我現在已經和他一起填好了485；130；130A；765；131；864；G-1145。準備假期結束去預約體檢。

但是我現在有幾個問題

請問這幾個問題我應該填什麽？謝謝你！

1. Was inspected at a port of entry and admitted as: put "Traveler with VWP" or put "Visitor with VWP"
2. what is your current immigration status: put "Traveler with VWP (expired)" or put "Visitor with VWP (expired)"
3. Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status?-Say "Yes" and then, explain it in Part 14 Additional Information of I-485 (at the end of the I-485 form), e.g., say something like: "I overstayed after the visitor status with VWP expired."
