我去年L1 簽證到期之後公司把我relocate到了加拿大。但是現在又不確定是否能不能把我relocate回美國。我申請的是EB-3。我手裏隻有一個I-140, priority date 是2019年2月。我想問一下我如果想回美國換雇主這條路是否行的通？

-If you change employer now before you file I-485, your cannot use this I-140 to file I-485 in the future unless your current employer agree to re-hire you back. So, you need to ask your new employer to file a new I-140m for you (i.e., do the same paperwork all over again). But you can keep the old I-140 priority date as the future new I-140 prority date if the current I-140 was appoved at least one year ago.

還是說風險比較大還是讓現雇主relocate回美國比較安全一些。

-If your current emloyer will relocate you back to US before/after you get the green card, you may not need to change the employer. Talk to your employer.
