父母9月份入境，原本按照等待3個月再提交的建議12月可以提交申請。但是上周帶父母去墨西哥旅遊，11/30重新入境的時候又給了6個月境內居留時間。不知道這種情況是可以按照原本計劃12月份提交申請呢，還是應該再等待三個月到3/1（第二次入境後三個月）再提交申請？謝謝8老師！

Because they got a new stay period of 6 months, probably they have got a new I-94. So, they may havre to wait for 6 months from now on.
