1）這樣的一份公證可以作為結婚證明嗎？

-Is there a official stamp or signature from the Civil Department of the local Government in that 結婚申請書? If no, it may not be used as the marrige certificate. But if you do not have a choice, may just provide it now. The 結婚申請書 (or marriage certificate) must have the marrige date on it which is very important to prove that you were born after your parents got married.

結婚申請書上有檔案館的公章，這份文件歸在個人檔案裏麵。上麵列有申請日期，是在我出生之前。但是沒有結婚日期。這樣可以作為有效證據提交嗎？

-Probbaly USCIS will not accept this document as the marriage certitificate.

2）如果可以作為結婚證明提交，是不是130和485的婚姻記錄上就可以不寫離婚又複婚的事？第一第二任配偶是同一個人，還挺容易讓人confused的。

-If you have all the documents in hand, just proivde the actual marriage history (married, divorced, re-mairred) in I-130 and I-485. Then, provide the copies of the documents.

現在手上有的結婚有關文件有這份結婚申請書和複婚後的結婚證公證，是否可以先在130和485裏列出結婚、離婚、複婚的曆史並提交這兩份文件，收到補料要求後再提交補料？

 

還是應該找國內親友找到第一次作廢的結婚證、離婚證發一個影印件過來在美國做公證？可以拿著非原始材料的影印件到銀行做公證嗎？

-Yes, that is the better choice. After you receive these documents, ask your friend who knows both English and Chinese well to translate them into English following USCIS translation requirements and format. Then, provide the copies of these documents and the translation versions for your father. Your friend had better go to the bank to certify his/her signature in the translation versions. You do not need the bank to certify the copies of these documents (第一次作廢的結婚證、離婚證)

Your mother does not need these documents.
