這是上一次的帖子作為背景介紹：
我是美國公民。我父母2019年12月用探親簽證來美國，現在一直和我住在美國。他們都70多歲了，短期內也不打算回國，也不打算在這裏工作。我在2022年4月給他們提交了130，但是沒有交485。我以為交了130就可以待在美國了，也沒有給他們辦探親簽證的延期。另外，在130的表上，我同時填寫了在美國調整身份的地點和在廣州領事館麵試兩個選項。我父母的130上個星期批了，但是NVC說是要聯係廣州大使館讓我父母去麵試移民簽證。我到兩天前才明白我父母算是不小心沒身份（快兩年半了）。我父母親在這裏沒有打過工，我也能提供經濟資助。
8老師，你已經回答了我上次的問題，並且要我盡快提交485.我父母現在已經做了體檢，準備提交485.請教新的問題：
1. 什麽時候告訴NVC不要聯係廣州大使館讓我父母去麵試移民簽證？怎麽告訴他們？NVC已經不接電話也不接受郵寄的信件了。我今天剛剛收到移民局的電郵，告訴我他們在加快領事館處理。

我是用如上他們電郵中的link遞交inqury告訴他們停止領事館處理嗎？還是有其它辦法通知移民局？
