父母移民，已經遞交260，i-864 以及uploaded 所有的相關civil document & AOS financial documents， 並且顯示submitted & completed. 但是一周以後，當我用NVC Case Stutus 登錄查詢時寫的是Action Requested, 有5 stpes, 要求把所有的documents發到這個email: nvcelectronic@state.gov
8老師，我的問題是，還需要把所有材料再發一遍給這個email嗎？ 還是不用理它？
-Just ignore it. You have submitted all the required documents and paid the fee through the online account, so NVC will process your case there, not need to submit these documents to NVC again by email.
為什麽顯示的是Action Requested，我已經都uploaded了。見下麵二圖。
