我看 visa bulletin， EB5 reserved categories (Rural, High Unemployment, Infrastructure) are current,  

那如果申請投 EB5的這些項目，豈不是很快就可以拿到綠卡？ Too good to be true ！ 

 國內的有錢人很多都想出來。

為什麽大家沒有人討論？ 而且網上討論的也很少。 為什麽國內沒有蜂擁申請？

-This just means you can submit I-526 and I-485 concurrently if you are present in US. There are still many complicate requirements for I-526 to be approved. Also, it is not easy to get I-829 approval to remove the conditions on the conditional green card later.

So, it is risky for your investment if you do not consider it carefully.
