May 2, 2017 轉到NVC，但因為一直不查收郵件，所以過了一年的時限，
接下來由於那時候他們自己不是太積極移民，所以案子進展就很慢。再接下來就是遇上了疫情，徹底歇菜了。今年4月，堂姐他們決定要加快腳步辦移民，和律師聯係，但律師這個時候就很搪塞，敷衍。
弄得我們也是一頭霧水。隻能我去NVC網站request reopen the case. 終於在8/18 reopened, 並繳了費. 但是這時候發現她女兒的名字不在上麵了，然後在CEAC上傳了她的出生公證。前幾天收到了如下回複
We reviewed this petition for eligibility under the Child Status Protection Act CSPA and we determined the applicant is not eligible. If you believe we made a mistake in our CSPA determination, please notify us at https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry. Please note that the NVC's CSPA determination is not final. A final determination will be made by the Consular Officer at the time of the applicant's interview.
