美國籍,  工作在美國。最近去中國探親 （Q2 visa)，可以在中國work from remote嗎？公司裏說要算temporary relocation，還要交一筆稅 （是公司交給中國政府）。找不到相關政策，請問會有問題嗎？

-No problem. As long as the Chinese Government allow you work and you report the income you receive in China to IRS and pay the income tax, you will be fine.
