the processing time on website doesn't mean right for everyone. Here is my personal idea:
1.They transfer your case to missouri office maybe because of pilot program, they wanna speed up the present case, but too much stock before, then they transfer some cases to other offices.
(one news: By 12/01/2004, NYC cases will transfer to chicago offices for fast processing, no one knows it is gonna be faster or slower.)
2.Missouri processing time may be for the applicants on that state, not for the transfered cases.
My suggestion is that you check the mail box every morning (I wish you didn't change the address after filing your case). That is it. Normally, you can do nothing on processing time.
You live in NYC, how can't you know pilot program? You don't read newspaper or check website everyday? Whatever you filed by yourself or your lawyer, you should get more information by yourself through newspaper and website.
