請教8老師file n-400公民問題。我妹妹己綠卡六年一直住加洲現想辦公民，所以孩子可以辦出來。她六月加洲本洲之內搬家但忘了填ar-11改地址，這個月才想起來改。

1。現在辦公民有麻煩嗎？

-No problem.

因為要求在新地址住三個月以上才能辦。她才改地址USCIS係統上以為才搬家不滿足三個月居住的條件吧？

-Because she moved within the same state, "3-month residency" does not apply to her case. So, she can file N-400 now.

2。另外她很快準備從加洲搬到東部還要再換地址，聽說case也會轉吧？那她的麵試會在加洲還是東部呢？非常感謝!

-She cannot move out of the state until she receives the N-400 filing receipt notice. Then, File AR-11 to change the address in USCIS system within 10 days after moving to the new state and also, change her address for her N-400 case at the same time (call USCIS to verify the address change for N-400 a few days later after she changes it online). Thus, the interview will take place near her new addeess in the new state.
